Get to Know Me

I’m Casey Walag, a Real Estate Agent that cares! I have helped buyers buy Real Estate in the toughest market, earning them thousands of dollars off their purchase price, getting them money towards closing costs, and ultimately finding them their dream home or investment property. I help buyers get into the best home buying position by partnering them up with mortgage lenders that can give them free credit advice. I also help buyers who have outgrown their home, but are comfortable in their monthly payments, make the best financial decision and run numbers to show them they can afford a bigger home for their family. I guide home buyers through the process so they feel comfortable and excited to buy a home. 
 
For Sellers, I have helped sellers sell when the market isn't strong through marketing and advertising strategy's most other agents neglect to do. I will provide you with a free home valuation and share my unique selling features which helps sellers stand out in a market where buyers have choices and no urgency to buy. From open houses to cash offers, I can and will provide you with it all!
 
I created the Buy Or Sell AZ Homes Group to provide full service to all clients looking to buy, sell, or invest in residential real estate! As a group, we strive to provide positive, worry free, home buying and selling experiences and accomplish that with over communication, continually investing in new tools and technology, and being a resource to clients.
 
I’ve been fortunate to call Arizona home for over 20 years and I’m a proud Arizona State University Sun Devil. I specialize in East Valley Real Estate and have been a top Chandler Real Estate Agent year over year, however my clients take me all over the valley. I service Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek, Ahwatukee, and Tempe and my team is located all over the valley!
